Warrnambool City Council understands that your time is valuable and so now offers the ability to pay infringements quickly, easily and securely via our online payment portal. Council accepts payments for the following infringement types: Parking Animal Food CFA EPA & Litter Local Laws Tobacco Payment is made simply by entering the Infringement Number in the field below and clicking the Next Button. Please ensure that the number you have entered below matches exactly the number displayed on your infringement notice. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa and we will clearly display the associated credit card surcharges (currently set at .46%) on the checkout screen as well as any additional charges accrued if the original time to pay the infringement has expired; such as would be the case for parking fines where the vehicle registration will be shown. Please note that infringements must be paid in full; no part payments allowed.
